I am having a wonderful time reading this trilogy and can't wait for the final book called Reign to come out in September 2012! Ari and Clay have a great romantic/adventurous relationship that is a delight to read. I love this series.

Ari and Clay are training together and the sparks are flying. They just can't seem to get along, ending every workout with an argument. The council can't come to an agreement with what to do with Ari and her friends Morgan and Kayla to keep everyone safe. Ari is over her feelings for Liam, but her heart was still broken and a boy named Jeremy tries to take her mind off of him by inviting her out on a date. Clay is unhappy about this for some reason but has his own admirer named Penni who Ari has an instant dislike for. Now the relationship between Clay and Ari becomes humorous as they try to figure out what their feelings are and as Ari begins to remember more of her life that included Clay. Then Ari discovers some things that sends her back to Liam and a very dangerous rescue mission.

I love the characters of Ari and Clay and the world that Jenna Bernel created in Ireland for them to live in. Ari's best friends find out new things about themselves also and add to the fun story line. This book did not use profanity or have sex although there was a lot of kissing. I especially enjoyed the jealous scene in the pub and found myself giggling and reading it out loud to my best friend who was there at the time. Recommended.

I just finished reading the first two books in this series as a means to take a break from another more complicated series I was reading. With this series you don't have to think too much, it's an easy read with very short chapters. The writing is adequate at best, but I still give this book four stars on the basis that it most definitely held my interest. For the most part I couldn't put it down. The books end in such a manner that you don't have much choice but to read the next book in the series, and with that said, I have just purchased the third book.
I'm going to keep this short and sweet. I really liked this book and I can't wait to see what happens next.

Ari and Clay fight constantly, but... what's the old saying? There's a thin line between love and hate, all you truly need is passion? There's definitely passion there, but you'll have to read Reign to see what happens. And that's exactly what I'm going to do. See you on the flip side!
This was a great sequel. I'm glad the author really explained somethings. I still didn't like the easiness of all the girls parents in not hearing from their children. Also the quickness that the girls just accepted what they were. I would have liked to just have Aria be the only one special.

However it wasn't enough to get me to stop reading and I love the dynamic between Aria and Clay!

Looking forward to reading last book of series.
Ignite is the 2nd book in The Secret Trinity (Fae-Witch Trilogy)Series, after Unearth. It sooooo didn't disappoint! I've fallen in love with the main characters Ari & Clay and can't wait for the 3rd and final book! Jenna really knows how to tell a story and build chemistry between characters! My only complaint is that I just wanted to keep reading!!! Thanks Jenna! Another awesome book!
This is the first time I have ever written a review, but I couldn't go without sharing how much I love these books. These books are the best books that I have read in a really long time. I couldn't put my kindle down. I am ready for book 3 to come out and to see more from this author. I would totally recommend these books. I would buy them again & for sure would read them again. If I could rate these items higher, I would. Easy to fall in love with every part of the book.

The Secret Trinity Ignite (Fae-Witch Trilogy, Book 2)
I thought that book one was a little slow. But, I figured that the characters and the story line were being established and that book two would pick up. But book two was even slower because a whole new set of characters had to be established. It was 73% into the book before the action picked up again. That does't mean that I don't like the series. But, I do feel the pace of the story is slow.

But again it is a great YA series. And I connected with the characters because they are well drawn out. What I didn't like was the often common senario of a woman running off into danger claiming she doesn't need any help and then needing to be rescued. But, I will buy book three.

Book two rocks!!!
I enjoyed the second book more than first.
Several reasons.. Ari found out about herself, lots of questions answered. I love the city that Jenna created, Draiochta. I like that her friends are still by her side.( Ari ) They learn a few things too. Wow.. Aria' s life was not at all she expected or knew about. Lies revealed, truth discovered. The plots continue and twist again..Fae, new city and magic. What's not to love.

Liam, we found out what he is all about. Yes it's awful and my heart breaks for Ari. He was too good to be true! Then finally mystery man who we feared in book one..we know all about him now. Clay is one of my favorite characters. He is her guardian. Will Ari ever remember? What connection do they have? What will Clay not say...
Read it! It's a great world to get lost in.
